    Contact information is located on the Lodestone. You will need to go through a few steps before they give you an e-mail or phone number.

    I do need to warn you though... while SE is one of the most active and user-friendly companies I have seen in my life, their Customer Support is among the worst. Good luck.


    I would like to take a moment to advise you AGAINST this though.
    It is a new game, and deserves a fresh character. The moment 2.0 was released, I deleted my 1.0 character.
    Not to mention, the economies in 1.0 servers are TERRIBLE. Extremely inflated. And 1.0 characters can NOT go to non-1.0 servers.
