Ok. I cannot find one place that has all the changes for Black Mage put together. Can someone tell me what all is being changed on the Black Mage for 2.1?

That's about it for changes, there's also new PvP abilities.Blizzard II Potency has been reduced from 100 to 50, and the bind effect has been increased from 4 to 8 seconds.
Freeze Potency has been increased from 20 to 100, and the casting time has been reduced from 3.5 to 3 seconds.
Scathe Potency has been reduced from 120 to 100.
Hawk's Eye The effect has been changed to increase DEX by 15% and guarantee that all attacks land.
Virus When the effect of Virus expires, enemies will now be granted the effect Antibody, making them immune to the effects of Virus for 60 seconds.
Freeze damage buffed to 100 potency.
Bliz II damage nerfed to 50 potency and had it bind buffed to 8 seconds.
Scathe nerfed to 100 potency.
Astral & Umbral ticks are now synced with the server. < nerf, no more double dipping or fast cast.
Ancient Buckler added to the game. No idea where but at least it is now in the game.
Have you tried the patch notes? lol

Well, I'll help:
Slightly less relevant:Thaumaturge
Thunder -
Can now only be used by thaumaturge and black mage.
Blizzard II -
Potency has been reduced from 100 to 50, and the bind effect has been increased from 4 to 8 seconds. Can now be used by all Disciples of Magic.
* Only thaumaturge and black mage gain the effect of Umbral Ice.
Scathe -
Potency has been reduced from 120 to 100.
Black Mage
Freeze -
Potency has been increased from 20 to 100, and the casting time has been reduced from 3.5 to 3 seconds.
Which means we'll get an orb per stack of Umbral Ice or Astral Fire since that was shown in a preview already. So up to 3 instead of two.Motions and effects have been changed for the following:
Statuses
Greased Lightning I / Greased Lightning II / Greased Lightning III / Astral Fire I / Astral Fire II / Astral Fire III / Umbral Ice I / Umbral Ice II / Umbral ice III
Also, it is believed they fixed getting a second reduced cast time spell off when transitioning from UI3 to AF3.
After looking at the video of Yoshi fighting EM Titan a few times and with a lot of pausing (lol), I can say this seems to be the case (though I'm still hoping it isn't...)
If anyone tells you something about mana ticks changing, don't believe them.
That is all.
Source? Only info ive heard around this is the "titan" video where some guy dreampt up that mana ticks were every 3s from the time UI3 was gained. Which, if u watch the video, is completely incorrect. Hard to devise anything from that video with all the mechanical fails from Yoshi.Freeze damage buffed to 100 potency.

It's was announced a long time ago it was being fixed. I'd find it hard to believe it didn't make it in the 2.1 patch, but that's not really a "source" nor "proof" of it being in 2.1.
I'm just assuming it is in 2.1 since Yoshida announced it is a bug and want to fix it. Did not go by Yoshida fail Titan EM.Source? I had understood that the double fast cast was intended, however what was a glitch is getting the mana tick after casting flare to get out of UI3, allowing you to cast a fast Flare under UI3 and then a second fast Flare under AF3.
Well, more than a glitch, just not intended.
