I didn't see it anywhere but I would assume in a 4 person group, it would pretty much have to be the other three players unless you're dumb enough to vote kick yourself in 8 mans I would imagine 5/7Does it count the person being voted on though, or does it mean more than half of the people eligible to vote?
If it doesn't count the person nominated, then just 2 out of 4 members will have to vote yes in a 4 person instance for removal. I guess we'll find out when the update is over

The kick option was sorely needed I have been in way to many groups where one player either refuses to participate (afk's completely and its not hard to change the channel on your tv or open a new window and every so often hit your jump button to avoid the afk kick) trolls or belittles others (people freaking for people watching cutscenes) or just are plain not capable of completing the content (dont mind teaching people dungeons but when you take 90% of all demon walls black strips for 45mins straight there is nothing I can do to help you anymore).
I figure that the abuse will be a lot less than its utility but I am a little disappointed how strict the kick lockouts are.I mean sometimes helping out in CM there are up to 2-3 people who simply decide to sit at the start and not participate. Yes I could shout in Mor Dhona but I am not someone who is all ZOMG NEED THIS CLEARED NAOW. I am someone who likes a relaxed atmosphere doesnt mind teaching people and will try my best to stick out to the very end but sometimes you need more than 1 kick in a day (some days I run 15+ dungeons just to help people out) and without the option to kick I am less inclined to help new people. Especially since now with the extended lockout people are not just going to leave they are simply going to rage and afk at the start until you are forced to kick them.
