Thread: Anyone Else Like The New 2.1 Gear?

So I just checked out the new 2.1 gear on the lodestone and am very excited to get some of it! There are iLvL 90 extreme primal weapons, iLvL 80 crystal tower gears, iLvL 90 and iLvL 70 PvP gears, iLvL 90 extreme primal accessories, iLvL 80 ultima accessories, and some more.

Holy lance looks sick. Do want.

The extreme primals weapons are very nice. The axe especially is superb. :3

The bow stats look amazing as well, but I'm eyeing that axe for my first pick.

I'll want it for vanity, I've got better for stats already.. it does look awesome though.

They had said they had not intended to raise the stats on Allagan weapons, but they did raise them when they went up to 95. Also, the Mog weapons got increased above Garuda, and I think everyone will need a Titan Weapon (or better) to kill Titan Extreme.

I do like the way these new iL90 weapons can be equipped by CLASS as well as JOB which means we might see a unique mixture of people in Classes (instead of Jobs).

Although if a Dragoon wants Speed... The Holy Lance is a damn sight better than the Gae Bolg Zenith... Just have to hope you're partying with a Rain of Death using Bard to sap that enemy's Evasion :P
