New FC being formed

Hello fellow Eorzians,
Let me start by saying that we are in the process of forming a FC
Should just need 1 more signature and we are good to go.
So with that said we will be needing at least 1 Officer, if interested please post bellow
About the FC: It will be a FC formed to focus on helping out, new players, dungeons, etc.
We will be doing hard mode and eventually coil.
I understand people have busy schedules so do not want to pressure players.
Also there will be no rules in place if players do not attend
Really just want a good group and so that we may progress and just have fun

Hey Shug looked you up last night, i guess you were not on.
Still in need of officers, 2 now unfortunately
Even if new players are interested let me know as there is no lvl requirement to become an Officer
My intentions for this FC is good but finding it rather difficult to find players on this server
Would also like to mention that this may very sound like simply a new player focus FC however
once established would like to find several lvl 50 players so while some are still levelling others can enjoy endgame content
and perhaps offer some guidance to lower lvl players

Its a problem I see more and more of as the MMO world changes, the golden age of massive guilds are over we shifted from a whats best for the group to whats best for me mentality in gaming with the younger crowd, now im not saying all younger gamers fall into this category, it inflicts all groups equally I think.

Plus after years of gaming many of us have formed very tight nit small groups of friends who move from game to game as the new shiny comes out, so you see more and more smaller "guilds" every day forming in every game,
Star Trek Online is no exception I see it about twice an hour on earth space dock for people to help make a new fleet...its like whats wrong with the all the other ones that already exist?

As I said before I wish you the best of luck...im in talks with the few members I have about what we want to do since its much harder to complete endgame stuff here with a 5 or 6 man group like many other mmos we have been in the past.

It was easier just joining a FC like i had done on Phoenix.
Are FC is now up and running however and now comes the recruit process

I work shift work, so I'm on at all different times. This weekend I'll be on about an hour a day starting around 2AM CST. When I'm off I play from around 10PM - 2AM CST. When I work nights it just depends.
