I made a previous topic about this. In the previous Live letter YoshiP mentioned he was going to read the patch notes on the day of maintenance. They joked that he'd probably need water in order to do so.

There's a possibility we may hear new information when he gets to the housing prices. He also mentioned in the previous letter that there was sensitive information removed from the patch notes (so players couldn't take advantage of it [such as hoarding specific recipe items] before the patch hit.) We may hear what they omitted now as well. My guess is that it was Crafting related.
