If they want a gil sink, allow players to buy the whole housing instance for a stupidly high price, say 625m gil and let the rest of us, humble players, buy one piece of land for a reasonable price!!! Large rich FC will gladly buy the whole thing for the glory even if it cost an arm. there you go, a targeted gil sink!
