1- There is no new titan wp, there are EM primal quest weapons.

2- EM primal weapon are ilvl90 and for BLM it looks to be better than Relic +1.

Nah, you're wrong. The item levels for Titan weapons increased to i80. For example, the bow of crags, is essentially better than the relic bow, due to the addition of determination and attack/AA damage increase.
