Thanks a lot guys. This really helps.

So what I understand so far is:

    1. What I have now will get me in, and can be done… but I am doing no one any services with some of the gear I still have on.

    2. Darklight Flanchards halfway saved up for

    3. Hoplite Tabard if I can get my hands on it in a AK run. (Drop rates for me have been horrible so far.

On a side note, I wanted so bad to stay away from the DL body piece. The vanity in me did not want to look like a coal train

    Exactly.
You already got the i90 head piece so you can definately skip on the DL body.
I think the GC weapon might be slightly better than the rampager. Not sure. Its free anyway.

edit. nevermind the rampager gives you parry, and your accuracy looks fine for Titan

The hoplite ring will work from AK will help too.

However, The tank is the least important of the jobs in Titan. A good tank can help a little with well timed cool downs, but largely it boils down to good healers and DPS being able to move. As a member of my LS once famously drunkenly said (and we oft repeat), the key to titan is: Stay out of the shit, and keep people healed up...

Only advice I would give you is not to worry too much about your gear. If you enter it in DF like I did, you will soon see that in this fight everything depends on everyone but the tank and offtank. I wouldn't go with AF pieces though, it just looks cheap, like you're not really into your job imo, also I've seen pld tanks in full/partial AF in those fights but they could only tank titan until heart phase after which he uses mountain buster (I think is the english name for that attack) and that obliterates them. So I don't know what the new item level gear check for Titan is and where your equip stands in comparison, but I'd replace chest and feet, prolly legs for MTing considering the healers (THEY might not show up well geared and also this fight is movement-heavy for everyone but the MT). But don't forget you'll have the warrior skill changes also available when you fight him, they will help you a lot I imagine (prolonged ToB, less dmg through IB+Vengeance, no dying with Holmgang will all help with those mountainbusters).
If you go as OT you'll have a walk in the park, you could go naked. As MT you're just that guy at the edge of the platform. Titan fight imo is all about dps check in the sense of them 1) staying alive and 2) bringing actual damage.

6.5k indicates that your gear is more than enough. Post patch you'll have more tools to help with mountain buster. There's one after the heart phase transition and then after every landslide (every 30 seconds) there'll be a rockbreaker (cleave for 1.5k or so) + normal melee and then mountain buster. Time your Inner Beast appropriately to have the new DR up for every one.

Save a good cooldown or two (Thrill of Battle/Vengeance) for the clock bombs as you're likely going to have to eat at least one of those before the related mountain buster. Try to safe spot the line bombs to lower the burst you take during them as well. Healers have to move a bit during the bombs, so it's a bit more effort for them to top you off compared to the pre stomp mountain buster (so Convalescence is better used a fair bit before MB, like around when the bombs spawn, so it helps them top you up a bit more easily).

Or stand in the right spot and get hit by no bombs. All tho personally I lazy mode 1 bomb in phase3 rampart/stoneskin eh.

I think you could be a good test for the 2.1 update.
With your current gear, it would be hard for your healers to keep you alive, but still doable. You have all DL accessories, but you miss some pieces of DL/Amdapor armor and garuda weapon, so you get nice Hp but lack in other stats (like other people said: DL pants + hoplite tabard).

However, I saw paladins with equivalent gear tank titan just fine.
That's why you look like a good test subject for the update. It will tell right away if the changes work fine.

Also, a good (and fun) alternative for Titan is to gear up with WP/AK dps stuff (that you'll get quite fast if you farm), to drop defiance and to dps Titan.
(since DF doesn't need two tanks, it's always good to have one try to dps as much as possible)

Your gear is fine for Titan. Stun doesn't work to stop stomps anymore. This was fixed. Avoid bombs and you'll be fine.
