    OK, so land price is expensive... idea for new feature.

    Ok, so everyone is complaining about the land price. Some idea came out of nowhere while working in office.

    Make player can apply for mortgage loan from SE
    fixed land price and dont discount it every 6 hours, we pay in installment for 3/6/9/12 months with gil, if we fail to pay the loan, we cant get gil/seal/tome until we pay our debt.
    it can be another type of gil sink with the mortgage interest rate.
