You have set your expectations very low for the FFXIV team which is understandable. Most games add much more classes and content and levels before they even think to ask for money. Crystal Tower, Pharos Sirius and Good King Moggle is the extent of the new content. A few new quests, hard modes of existing content, random duty finder, unaccessible housing unless you RMT, and Wolves' Den isn't major content.
