Thread Title: Completed Grand company hunting log, got achievement, but did not receive the pet.

ISP: Comcast Xfinity Hi-Speed

Type of Internet Connection: Cable

Internet Connection Speed: Less than T1

Date & Time: December 15th, 2013 around 4:15 pm Est
It was 6pm eorzea time.

Frequency: 3. Once (Did not reproduce), however I did check and found similar threads to this issue. Different GC same problem.

Character Name: Nazli Harr

Race: Race of your character when the issue occurred. Female Miq'te Keeper of the Moon

World: Ultros

Class/Level: 50 Bard

Area and Coordinates: East Shroud, Sylphlands

Party or Solo: Party 2 Members,
Sanctum Deep 50 WHM (Ultros)

NPC Name: "None".

Monster Name: Sylpheed Snarl

In-Game Time: 6pm eorzea time

Steps:

1. Join the Serpents Free Company and complete the hunting log up to level 3 leaving the sylpheed snarl last.
2. Kill the sylpheed snarls 3/3
3. Receive seals exp and achievement text
4. Check inventory for pet...... Not there. Ok.
5. Check that inventory is not full...... Ok check.
6. Check retainers invemtory.
7. Check moogle delivery.
8. Talked to serpent npc... Still nothing.
9. Relog the game...... Nothing.

Ok I'm out of troubleshooting ideas.


On a side note I was queued for Garuda Hard Mode and we abandoned it which caused a weird bug that made us unable to queue for another duty, never got the penalty debuff either. We solved it with a Relog but, I had completed the log before that bug happened.

You haven't gone to the Master of the Rolls NPC. he is in every city as far as I know.

The one in Gridania is north of the New Gridania's Ampitheater, near Apkallu falls.

Speak to him, you will get your minion.
