Warrior - Inner Beast & Eye Glow relation

We find out through the Warrior job quest line that harnessing training Inner Beast was what granted Warriors their fearsome reputation (among others).

Curious Gorge gets an (awesome) eye glow as he (seemingly) is in the of having unleashed Inner Beast and thus drawing the fear of civilians as being beastly.

Is the eye glow an effect caused by Inner Beast or something else?
And is this naturally for Warriors or just Curious Gorge (who obviously had more training to get get glowing eyes).

Shame players don't get the eye glow effect... atleast afaik I haven't seen it (43 War currently) =/

Think of it like how people described Beserkers. It's an ability that people mastered to be able to use their muscles and abilities to the max, to be able to fight through wounds, an adrenaline rush essentially. It's highly likely that this ability was created/perfected by Hellsguard Roegadyn (thats what Curious Gorge and his brother are...also Hellsguard can/have developed the ability to use magic), in their 'villages' inside the Volcanoes of the north and Far Reach, and it's just an adaptation their eyes have undergone from years of being inside the mountains. Since we live in the open world, our eyes haven't had to adapt to less light.
