    well you can now chain

    - Fairy Regeneration
    /ac Rouse
    /pac Fey Illumination
    /wait 2
    /pac Whispering Dawn

    - Fairy Shield
    /ac Adloquium <t>
    /pac Embrace <t>

    - Fairy Heal
    /ac Physick <t>
    /pac Embrace <t>

    - Sacred Fairy Soil
    /ac Sacred Soil
    /pac Fey Covenant

    - Silence

    /pac Silent Dawn <tt>
    or
    /pac Silent Dawn <t>

    - Fairy Haste
    /pac Fey Glow
    /wait 30.5
    /pac Fey Illumination
    ...

those are the ones I can think of for now. Maybe you can chain some other fun things like a Dual heal ( not sure how you can macro a specific party member number ) for heals like
    /ac Adloquium <t>
    /pac Embrace <me>

Healing while your Fairy takes care of your own hp when many people get attacked as well as yourself

or Healing 2 tanks at once would be something like:

    /ac Physick <player 2>
    /pac Embrace <player 3>
(not sure how to macro party members so it won't work haha)

This won't work. The first macro is canceled if you use another macro while one is already running, so you'd always interrupt this.

And I'm not 100% sure, but I seem to recall that to target specific positions in the party list, you just use the slot number, like <3> etc.

aw really? I figured since it worked on emotes, it might work on actions too, well that's no biggie, managing the hastes isn't that much of a bother too me since I got used to it lol

I'm just gonna say that macro'ing Embrace with Physick/Adlo is probably a bad idea. Doesn't really save any room on your hotbar because you need Physick, Adlo and Embrace on individual buttons for your A-game.

I often send my fairy off to Embrace another ally while I continue healing the tank, lustrating if need be to match the healing that would be going out with the fairy on him. If your Embrace is put on CD every time you heal someone .. you don't have this luxury .. Also don't forget that Your GCD =/= Embrace CD. It's 2.5s for you vs 3s for the fairy, so it won't be up every time you press it.

The only good change is that now you can maybe do mouseover target macros for your fairy, you don't need to swap targets, and you don't need to keep the tank perpetually targeted so your fairy heals him when you press Embrace.

LOL, i love the wait commands you goons are using. You do realize the fairy does not use the same "GCD" you're using. it's on a completely different setting. You can just macro it in without the wait command just stating the obvious. In addition, you could of macro'd the skill prior to 2.1 just get a keyboard with macro commands or a mouse. gg :>

The way that I interpreted the patch notes etc was that while on steady the fairy will only ever cast embrace " as well she wont come off steady after using an ability" so, you wont need to macro steady.

The problem I see is that when you place the fairy she will auto heal in total bliss right, so if you macro her to heal a target, but "HER" cooldown has not reset then the macro will fail, or if she is chain casting heals where lots are targets fit her heal that person criteria. Said that, I think its better to keep it simple and activate embrace manually. Now macroing a DPS rotation while healing with and controlling the fairy is another story. Or combining rouse, and some of the buffs, silence, auto haste button, will be awesome.

The way the Japanese Notes are listed your interpretation is wrong. While on Steady SCH and SMN pets will not use ANY skills. That is amazing for SCHs cause auto-mod Fairy is not the best method even if it is the easiest for some easy dungeons. When on obey and on Guard the pets will use their auto-attack if they have one and their first skill, this would be Embrace for the fairies. If they are on Obey and Steady the obey command pretty much wont do anything different until you turn them to Guard. If you want get to Auto-Embrace then Guard Stance and Obey on your enemies. Eos will no longer blow Whisper Dawn when on Obey. ^^

I was wondering, may be I could have a place & follow command on the same hotkey.

    /pet "Follow"
    /pet "Place"

At the beginning of a fight, press it and the pet will instantly follows you (which it's already doing) and at the same time have the place icon opened on your mouse icon, then you do the place.

After the fight, click the hot key again for follow and right click your mouse to toggle the place icon.

Both actions are not on the pet's global cooldown so it should act instantly but wtih a choice on the player since Place requires a click command.

Just tested this in-game. The fairy does still auto-cast Embrace while on Obey+Steady. Sorry to burst your bubble.
