well yes. players are idiots. it happens. doesn't mean I'm doing it or running healer or tank just to get commendations. I'm definitely not blindly voting for whoever is healing/tanking. if they are really good at their job and a nice person, then maybe.

I didn't say I .wouldn't. 'award' someone for doing their job correctly, especially if they react quickly when someone else fucks up, but just because someone does something wrong doesn't mean they don't deserve some 'niceness' either. if someone's new at tanking, but making me laugh and generally an enjoyable person... I may still vote for them.

can anyone advise what the 500x reward is good for ? the item description isnt very explanatory

I ran Haukke Manor Hard earlier. Asked healer for stoneskin, he refused. Guess who didn't get my commendation? Went to the DRG that gave suggestions for the final boss fight. I was more excited for the 90 Myths I got for Roulette than the commendations everyone gave me.

The fatalist defeatist attitude here is kind of unfortunate. I'll agree maybe the commendations are a little too hard to earn passively. Like was said earlier you're going to have to focus on Guildhests or PVP if you want a lot quickly. It might be worth giving some extra commendations for dungeons that take a reasonable amount of time, rather than making Guildhest and PVP the preferred way to farm these. Don't tell me they're not *meant* to be farmed because it's an mmorpg and everything is meant to be farmed.
