    They need to slash a zero off that before it becomes remotely marketable. Right now the it seems the ratio of a 90day later scenario is "we've reach the half way mark".
    this is 90 days 360 times max reduction.

    Right now the lands are probably the combine gil of an entire city. That means the land is affordable on day 1 if everyone on the server chipped in.

    What they should have done is actually reduce the price by 14% (not .14%) every 6hrs, and then slap a "sell out" option. Then introduce more instances based on the initial sales prices and slow the reduction rate accordingly.
