That's because they did the same thing in wow but players would receive all their gold and the guild would get a extra percentage of that gold even though the player lost nothing
Ie 10gold drop guild would get 1g, player would still get 10g.

Even more non-invasive is members just simply gifting gil to the FC. Actively taking money off members is quite invasive indeed.Seems like one noninvasive way SE can help FCs and their members save up while grinding for other stuff...
Because it's an income tax, you know, like the one most people pay IRL.

Like this but too bad SE never think about this.FC does not earn money in anyway only through player contrubutions. Lol fail.
