Item Restoration I got my Phial of Fantasia restored through the Item Restoration GM service. :3

Sorry for the late reply, had to log on to the game to explain it better.

Press Esc to go to System Menu > Support Desk > click "Search Database" (you can leave the field empty) > click "Support Team"

From there I set Question 1 as "In-Game" and Question 2 as "Game Master Services"

Title: Item Restoration: Fantasia

In the body I basically said that I made a mistake with my original Phial and I would please like to use my one time item restoration service to have my Phial of Fantasia restored.

So I pretty much said that I used my phial 2 1/2 months ago, that I was unaware of the 10 day restoration restriction, and that I was unhappy with my choice of race/consumption of the item. I also stated, and this is VERY important, that I wanted to use my 1 time item restoration policy feature for this request. I feel like THIS is what nailed me my success. I also stressed how I understand this restoration can only be used ONCE per account.

How I contacted them was:

1) Log into the game.
2) Press 'Escape' then press 'Support Desk'.
3) At the bottom, right-hand corner of that 'Support Desk' window, click on 'Search Database'.
4) Look for "How to contact a Game Master" and click on that.
5) At the bottom, right-hand corner of that window, click on "Ask Question"
6) Title your request as: "1 time Phial of Fantasia Restoration" or something.
7) Proceed to type in whatever you'd like regarding your inquiry.

Finally after 2 weeks and 2 tickets later, I got my Fantasia back! Just keep pestering them guys, but in a nice polite way! It feels so nice to be Hyur again.

I followed all of that and got my Fantasia back through the GM services. Hope this helps you out.

On topic just to be safe: Still don't think people will kick SMN's out of statics....
