LOL! I've known a few granny gamers that know what WoW, hardcore, and LoL is and means. There are plenty of older people who love to game and are retired and have the time to do so. Do we know for a fact that Eve here is who she says she is, no but your sarcasm isn't appreciated in one of the few positive threads we have going right now. Also, just because this may be their first mmo, if her sons are avid gamers and talk about this with and around her its not hard to pick up the terms.
