I've seen it op up in a few of the threads, That Yoshi said 3 people who level 1-50 would be able to use that gil and buy a house. IDK where that was said and would like a link.

I guess the real reason why Housing is so high, Is that if prices were low then every FC would be able to buy a house. Then their Instanced Servers would not be able to handle the load and we would have launch all over again (90k).

If that's the issue then you guys should say so, A lot of people are really upset over this.

I understand trying to take Currency out of the game, but doing it like this isn't going to help. If Instanced Servers aren't the real issue, Then putting houses at a lower price will make getting Gil out of the economy even faster. Doing it this way just hurts you in the long run.

"Oh well they are trying to combat RMTs" ok.... People will buy Gil regardless of how much the housing cost. I know people in FFXI back in the day who bought Gil to get Relics and Mythics. "$600 is a lot of money to spend on fake Currency" Well you might find enjoyment out of spending $600 on a iphone and others get enjoyment from spending it on a Video Game. High Housing Prices can't be some secret sting operation to catch RMTs and players.

Long Story short if you want to get more Currency out of the Economy then you need to lower the price.
