I don't get all the anger from the patch notes, maybe im just dumb.

Bards got nerfed, I'm a bard and I don't care. I could quite often dish out more damage than a well geared DRG which is silly. I imagine bard enmity will also go down (be happy tanks). I'm looking forward to w/e other job archer can turn into maybe it's an actual DPS oriented job? If not then so what? I can play another job. Lots of fun ones out there. The changes will make endgame a bit different and seem less stale at least for a week or two even without the new content.

FC housing prices, "its too high" again...so what. the prices go down and it's meant as a goal for an FC it's a long term investment and requires teamwork to combine funds. As has been mentioned already the prices will go down and new land will be added. I personally don't care because i'm not putting money into an FC house that i may be leaving at some point in the future (already left an FC). On top of that it's not player housing.

If anyone should be mad I think its crafters who will have to wait for FC housing to really kick in before selling any furniture. That and no other equipment to craft (that I could see)

Only thing I'm mad about is unequal pricing for different servers. My $15/mo buys me less content than the next guy's $15/mo. It's unfair, and possibly illegal too.

I don't get how you can say that you "personally don't care" and set the tone of your post in a way which says you fail to understand (or chose not to acknowledge) that other people might care about "not player housing" :/

So, to answer your question; That's why you don't get the anger.

P.S. Prices go down to a point and that point on our (or other high-priced Legacy servers) is still very, very high.

Well you joined a legacy server and it doesn't look like you have a legacy character, so that was your own fault.

If your FC wants housing so bad join a different server, now you may ask why should you even have to in this first place cause all this is unfair. I would simply point out you joined a server to which the economy was already screwed over but most players decided it didn't matter. Some fore thought would have went a long way.

3 FC with 20 members, on those 3 servers.
The first will ask 200k per members. No problem
The second will ask 400k each. Ok, no problem. Not enough money? wait 3 month, and give 200k each.
The last? they will wait 3 month and ask 1M to each members...

Why should i pay 3 month more or 5-10 times more gils? i have 3 month free?

Well you joined a legacy server and it doesn't look like you have a legacy character, so that was your own fault.

OH MY GOD! i have a legacy friend, and he has 1,5M gils when FFXIV:ARR was release, and for this, we have to buy a house 2,5 to 10 times more expensive than on other servers?
Because i play with a friend, the house on my servers are so expensive?

And, without legacy vs non-legacy, why people on Shiva have two time the prices of house on Yojimbo?

If i had 1 billion gil and put in money to the FC i would have no control over the house. it's not yours, its the FC's unless the FC is yours then you can do whatever you like with it. And as far as I know the bonuses for having an FC house aren't in yet? so it's purely cosmetic HQ at the moment?

Only if they specifically said that you could not, eventually, get a house too. In the end, your money allows you to play the game - I don't believe there's any contract that specifies exactly what that money entitles you to, other than that. If you don't feel that your money is worth spending on the service/product, then you simply don't pay it. The value of your $15/m is entirely subjective. I, myself, play for way less than some my friends, but I get more than my money's worth from the game - and I can't even afford the smallest of smallest houses, on a server with the lowest prices, myself.

The cost will also go down (at least I hope so) when the amount of gil that exists right now, no longer exists. If there's only 100m circulating in the whole game, then the prices need to reflect that. We already know SE is monitoring the economy of every server; just keep saving up until you can get one. Once you do, you'll feel like you actually earned something.

If you're donating a billion gil to your FC and they don't let you touch the house, get a new FC

I said put in money not flat out payed for the whole thing (my bad i wasnt clear) either way even if you put a majority of the funds being a member you still don't really control the house. Because it's a shared house.
