P.S.: Smallest land on legacy server costs 8mil Gil, that means that small FC (lets say 24 people) needs to donate 333K Gil per each member. It isn't that much and if your argument is that no one is going to donate that much maybe you just dont deserve/need the housing. ,)

Actually it's 20m or 40m. That's 1.6million per member of that 24 player company.

Now imagine the small house with 24, 20, heck, even 10 players in it. It's a freaking closet.
