It's not the same.

BIS items are generally just little boosts that aren't required, or trophies that show your achievement.

Housing is something that's more like base content. It's something that will make FCs feel more complete, something that will potentially bring together and make them feel more personal. In that way, its much more essential.

I'm not saying the prices are right or wrong, just that the comparison you made doesn't work.

Well in my opinion i70 x i90 is bigger boost than some house which doesn't even give any special boost to their owners. But that's just my point of view.

Well, we don't know what the Garuda Couches, Ifrit Wall Lamps, and Titan Outdoor Lamps will do. We had heard (rumors) that there was going to be items that used the Primal Drops that would give boosts to the members of the FC.

I'll try to explain it again...

Housing is going to be a massive boon to the social aspect of being in an FC, IT will make the experience much more personal as you will have your own base, somewhere you can meet and converse "face to face". This isn't something FCs should have to work for months and months for as some kind of trophy, it should be something inherent to the FC experience form the start.

BIS items are entirely different. Right now, it's very easy to obtain the gear required for the hardest content. All it takes is a few weeks or so of tome grind. The very best items aren't required, they're more like trophies (Coil drops).
