During the last live letter they said they want to try and read out the patch notes for everyone for those that don't want to read the wall of text.
That's going to happen today (in 3hrs when I'm posting this)

パッチノートを読む行為そのものについてもご意見を頂いていますが、読み上げ自体は
そもそもキッチリ読み込んでいる方々向けのものではありませんので、その点はご了承ください。
ただし、今後もちろんフォーラムへのフィードバックも行っていきますが、幾つかのポイントで
皆さんから多数のフィードバックを頂いていますので、それらのポイントについても、その他の
見どころとともに吉田Pに解説とセットでお送りする予定です。

We have received comments on reading the patch notes, but for the recitation part, this one isn't for those that already read the patch notes, so please acknowledge this.
However, we'll be making feedbacks on the forums but for some points we have received feedbacks along with other key parts of the patch notes will be commented by Yoshida Producer.

It's going to be in JP not sure if I can stay up to translate some of the comments aside from them reading the patch notes itself, that you can read English patch notes... so I don't see any point in translating that. The comments however...... might talk about housing... might...
