    No. But the housing areas are finite, and I'm sure there isn't enough for every single podunk FC with 10 or less members (there are a lot of them) to get a house.
    I'm sorry but this makes zero sense to me. SE has the data on how many FC's there are and the sizes. They should have been making preparations for this feature the minute they decided to put it in the game.

    I think the funniest thing is going to be when all the people saying "go spiritbond" "go gather" "go sell wins" actually have their advice taken and the markets absolutely FLOOD and there is 20 "selling titan" shouts. good luck getting your 20 mil+ then!

    So many people will add a comment in agreement but not actually "like" the OP.
    I'm sorry if it has a stigma from faceboook and other social media, but you will actually get you point across more if you don't spam the forums with posts and new threads (about the same thing), and expect them to go through all of it (which they will have to, most likely).

    The point inevitably becomes diluted though. You can always post your opinion after as well, anyway. Not to mention there's a daily post limit.

    Relinquishing an estate back to the server is not the same as selling the deed to another player, right? Because I could've sworn Yoshi said players would be able to sell land deeds to each other.
