You know when no one laughs the first time, it's kind of sad to repeat your humor attempt in the hope that someone might quote you - I am not sure what your point is though? I was trying to help the OP avoid getting a smacked bum by the GM's, as while the intention might be good, it doesn't mean it can breach the policies.

Hmmm... I'm saddened or something approximating that emotion that you don't like my humour, whatever will I do now? Your interpretation of the ToS must make for a very enjoyable experience. They're holding a race, it's not the first time people have done it and it won't be the last. Continue not participating in events players make to generate interest in playing, I'm sure your absence will be sorely missed.

Ingame gambling is prohibited in most EU countries, so this would end up stopped by the GM's.
