Going from the PS3 to the PC, eh? Welcome to flavor country.

I would say though that it really just depends on preference outside of the graphics realm IMO. The PC client clearly trumps the graphical quality of the PS3, but naturally you have the added layer of easier couch gaming with the PS3/controller/wireless keyboard setup(although you can easily do the same with a PC if you really wanted).

As most have already pointed out, the key to the PC version is its flexibility. You can use a wide variety of input configurations and I think they're still planning on adding functionality for user-created mods, which is a PC only thing. I personally still stick to using a controller just because it feels more natural to me and I really think that the devs did an excellent job with the gamepad interface.

Nothing really new to add here, just +1 to PC gaming.
