Hello everyone.
My question is this.
If the maximum amount of gil one player can hold is 99.999.999 then how does one player carry 600.000.000+ mil gil from free company chest to buy a plot of land?
Am i missing something?

They probably keep the gil in the company chest and purchase it using the funds in there.
I was sure in one of the live letters where it showed you buying the land the gil came from the character guess it must be changing and coming from fc chest then.
Q: As there are differences in economies from World to World, will the housing costs differ by World?
A: It will not be different. The price of the buildings will be a fixed amount, but the land will be sold in an auction-like system and start at the highest price. As time passes, the land that has not been sold yet will decrease in price. With that said, players on newly added Worlds that do not have that much gil in circulation can wait for these prices to come down. The price will be reduced every six hours.
This question was asked in letter from the producer live ix at 1:38:23 so now i am confused one letter says one thing another says something else.
Which one is it?
I thought the max of gil was set to 999mil once yoshi-p ended up changing it mid way of beta.
