What you are mentioning are fixes, and I'm as happy as the next guy for those, I've been WEEEEEEEEing at lot of them with my FC.
Housing, though, was a new feature. It was meant to keep the game fresh, to keep us players entertained, it was as much of a content as the Crystal Tower or PvP. And all of a sudden it's a new feature that a wide majority of the playerbase is never going to experience firsthand if the prices remain this way.
Imagine being SO HYPED about the crystal tower and then knowing that you won't be able to challenge it unless you pay 85.000.000 gil. Or 20.000.000 gil if you want to have 1 drop every 3 months.

I can understand that a lot of people are upset about the housing prices but would agree that the plethora of complaint threads are stifling discussion on other areas of the update.
There is a lot in this patch which will affect a lot more of our gameplay than housing will, I'd kinda like to see more discussion of those things and the housing confined to fewer threads. Personally I couldn't care less about the housing, I think they arsed it up but I wasn't going to bother with it anyway. By all means people who do care about it should let SE know what they think but one or two threads with a lot of upvoting would have more impact than the over abundance of smaller threads.
