Spoke to someone from your FC who indicated you don't run a static once progression is complete (instead cycle in players). Is this accurate?

We're a BRD/WHM-SCH/PLD-WAR group of 3 friends (seems to be exactly what you're looking for). T6 down, T7 to 15%. We come from an extensive history of raiding, and speaking for myself (heals) and the tank, an equally long history of healing and tanking in top tier guilds. At our height, we were in a top 50 US WoW guild during WOTLK. We pioneered theorycrafting for our respective classes in early Rift and fought for server firsts. We take content seriously and aim to get as much done in as little time as possible. We also have a sense of humor, and good comm presence.

Our only issue with Resonance is that we want a static group for both progression and subsequent farming.

Feel free to hit me up ingame, Fluxions Straith, or on this thread. I'd love to be mistaken about your grouping system. You guys seem like an awesome fit for us

May I ask whom you spoke to?

To answer your question, Yes we do cycle through our members. We can currently run up to 2 groups if there are enough members online that fit the composition.

We do not use static groups because our FC wants to promote group cohesiveness. When 24 man comes, we want to have all our members mesh with the different play-styles of all the members but still be able to push content despite the rotation of members.

For progression content, We have semi-static groups for progression pushes. We will switch members out if the composition for the fight requires it. For farming content, We rotate our members to allow them to get used to other members play styles. You won't always be playing with the same people over and over again, I'd like to think all of our current members are a joy to raid with! Gone are the days of Statics!
