Adding on to what Djeserit said, as an FC leader myself, I simply cannot fathom asking my members to donate 10mil plus to purchase an LS house, when they ought as well save it for their own housing, since we (rightfully) suspect that personal housing will also have absurdly high prices.

(o.0 ) Now people on the boards can scream all they like about "entitlement", but the content was heavily advertised as being (A. accessible, (B. at-your-own-pace, and (C. for fun and not for progression.

None of these things are true. o_O Now, if people can farm 16h a day to make 20m a week, that is fine for them - sad, frankly, but whatever - but not many folks can do that.

Even fewer will be motivated to, even though they might be able to grit their teeth and do it, because the absurdity of the work-to-reward ratio is easy to see for those who care to look at the matter objectively.

So, with ostensibly-casual-friendly content in a game supposedly aiming to be friendly to casuals, what is to be said when the content turns out to be, essentially, a three-to-six-month lockout for most everyone except maybe five or six thousand folks who have accumulated over a hundred mil, or perhaps fifty thousand out of the 750k+ subs who have accumulated 5~10m and feel that it would be a wise action to unconditionally surrender said money to their FC leader, trusting that said individual will use it for the stated purpose.

After that, you'd better hope you get a say in how the house gets decorated.
