Limit Break Nerf, more info please?

Stacking classes (2+) is going to have diminishing returns.

Going to be a lot better to have PLD/WAR, melee, BRD/SMN/BLM and WHM/SCH instead of any stacking.

I fully understand that. This Nerf should be towards more than 2, but not 2. Like stacking 2xBLMs and 2xBards, this I agree with. However, as an example in my case, we have 2 great PLDs and they love their job, can't just say hey one of ya guys need to lvl up and gear up a WAR . This is the unfair part I'm talking about.
