you know i can almost understand why there so high but just 8 mill for the cheapest smallest lot of land.. sureee why not. still a bit high but not to bad.if i woulda been playing longer i would probly have that saved by now. but when i see large lots for 125mill.. makes me wonder if there not secretly supporting gill sellers. i can make 100k a day with fairly ok amount of work. to me thats allot. but even if i could do that every day.. it would take 1250 days(for those that cant do math..thats 3 years..) to save up that much... and there's no way in hell im farming and crafting that much every day.id get sick of this game. come on thats 125 mill! even if you split that with 50 people thats still 2,500,000 gill per company member. im sure people in giant company's will disagree, but im calling bull shit..

You do realize they're implementing dailies? It should take a very large and active guild a few months if their members donate, it's not going to be so bad and that way big houses will actually be an accomplishment.

Also, the price drops down by half due to price degradation by 1/2 in 90 in game days, so if people are frugal and wait 125million turns into 62,500,000 which isn't so bad on a server with a large population. It's not small guild friendly and pushes for large guilds yes, but hey if you want a house, wait for 2.2

I bet Mod and maybe one or two other FCs can already get the 125m one.
Us in Trickplay didn't save up much but we're going to go for the best land, thus waiting it out and everyone contributing a part of their daily in-game income to make it a reality.

yea its true that it pushes for larger guilds and i do know that it wouldnt be nearly as hard for them to get the gill,but still after the price drop thats 660k for 100 members. my company's already saved over a mill with only a had full of active people, but id bet my left nut that gill sellers are making a killing right now.
