Kupo FC is looking to absorb smaller FCs

The Kupo FC would like to offer some smaller FCs a chance to merge with Kupo mainly for housing purposes. Kupo is sitting on a fairly substantial nest-egg and can make a move for one of the cheaper large plots, the issue being we want prime real-estate. If your FC is looking to get in on housing but lack the funds we would welcome a merger, provided you are willing to help donate into the housing fund, lets help each other out.

While I am not accusing KUPO of anything, I have to wonder why you are in the 1% on a brand new server. I hope you guys read the part where SE said if RMT gil was used for land, the land would be seized. Just sayin what everyone else is thinkin.

Hell, even if RMT money ISN'T used, I still fully expect SE to seize any Large Plots purchased within the first week. There were hundreds of players who had made a lot of legit money in the first month of the game, and they were all suspended/banned automatically. I expect this same thing to happen with the Large Plots. They'll ban you first, then ask questions later.

My thing is I don't even see a reason to get a large plot. Outside of the prestige of it I guess. The amount of money you have to pay compared to what you get from going to medium to large just doesn't seem worth it. (indoor furnishing is only increased by 50, where as from small to medium it goes up by 100)

The way things are going right now Malachi the only fake ads you will be getting for XIV radio will be from Lending Tree of Eorzea, or Bank of Eorzea, lowest fixed interest rates on the server!

Well, considering that ALL of the houses are incredibly tiny (Large is supposed to hold 20 people), then it makes getting the Large house pretty much a necessity. I don't understand how these houses are considered "FC Housing". The size of these FFXIV houses are the sizes of PERSONAL housing in other games. So the only one that even remotely works as a house for an entire FC is the Large one.
