Hmm as you would read through the entire adjustments you would have read that RoD will costs only 180 TP with 2.1 content. I personally think or I hope that SE will change it again so the effect becomes a bit more useful not as like the useless -10 % evasion debuff. For example +10% more critical damage for every monster who was hit by RoD ... But it's just an example for a good debuff. Because i don't see any good sides about the less evade rate of a monster hit by RoD. Another fact is that there's no gear or much information about the stat "evasion" anyway except in the skill "Featherfoot", where you get some % more evasion in a duration of 15 seconds. Thumbs up for originality SE ...

I'll be happy as long as I can still shoot and move and keep invigorate. I die from lag enough as is to even register as a decent DPS, and these changes haven't really effected how I normally play.

I think RoD was changed for PvP.
Players evasion may be higher than mob evasion. But I may be wrong on this.

SRs will be limited after 2.1 - Coil / Crystal Tower will almost put you at cap (200 coil and 200 Crystal Tower). Extreme Primal's will put you over the 450.
So you never used RoD, that's what made the diference for good Bards and bad Bards, don't worry thanks to the nerf no one will notice it anymore.The changes arent really that much of a deal breaker for me. I mean I never really used RoD unless it was proc'd by Wide Volley.
And as for the two cross class skills. Sorta saw it coming but eh, to me 10% isnt that much. BRDs already have a lot of crit from their equipment an stuff. Least i can still do Raging Strikes + Blood for Blood for a 30% dmg. better than not having blood for blood. I thought i was already doing pretty good DPS b4 i got blood for blood. With it being at 20%, my Hate bar sky rockets to quickly with the amount of burst DPS i was doing LOL.
Next thing i'll read is we get ballad taken away and people post they din't use it so np.

ROD was awesome in Coil and SR but oh well...
being the DD that does the least dmg while wearing a pink shirt is was i expected when i rolled an Archer >.>
Well anyway i am gonna miss the 12 sec recast on Shadow bind. I always used it to bind nr 2, and 3 marked mobs in dungeon`s.
And especially when 2.1 releases (PVP) it would have been beast to be able to bind so your real dd skills can recharge, while runnning circles around a non-ranged enemy.
Gotta say i hoped they added some movement slowing stats on a skill for pvp/pve.
Probably did`nt happen because we would be to op again.
