So with Allagan AXE's stat buff, is there any BiS setup w/o overkill ACC?

I almost want to argue that the Bravura+1/Dual Haken will be better than the allagan by the sheer fact that it's secondary stats aren't complete garbage like the absurd amount of ACC on the allagan axe (which any setup imaginable gives you 20 more accuracy than what is needed turn5).

Its probably designed with the intent of turn 6 and up which would require more accuracy I am sure.
