You can also get HQ i70 jewelry and do a 9 INT 9 MND 9 VIT 6 PIE 12 Acc build on every slot. VIT and PIE helps a lot and the loss in INT from i90 is a very small difference in DPS. Some pieces already come with Acc so just place the the Acc III with something you prefer.
