K so ruin II has it uses, but there's a debate on either side due to the mana cost. No need to question someone's ability because they don't use a vastly debated skill.

sure,ruin2 shouldnt be spammed around as hell hehe,just when you have to cast fester or other non gcd spell to maximise you dps,in this way you dont waste your mana
