Yes, because getting a 20 potency upgrade(over Tri Disaster) is so worth losing ~10% ST DPS, and x% DPs on 2-4 targets.

It adds nothing.

I didnt say in any place that getting bliz2 was worth losing thunder.In fact i said losing thunder sucks.I just mentioned that i liked the bliz2.wow...posters these days need to proofread
