You can also get HQ i70 jewelry and do a 9 INT 9 MND 9 VIT 6 PIE 12 Acc build on every slot. VIT and PIE helps a lot and the loss in INT from i90 is a very small difference in DPS. Some pieces already come with Acc so just place the the Acc III with something you prefer.

According to YoshiP SMN are still top DPS even with the removal of Thunder. They decided it was better to remove an additional skill rather than nerf Summoner DOTs.
