Unable to Accept quest "The Best Inventions" from Cid, cannot progress

Steps:
-Completed pre-requisite quests Opportunity Knocks, All By Ourselves, and Factual Folklore
-Went to Cid for next quest. The main scenario quest icon is displayed over his head (it is not red).
-Click on Cid - nothing happens.

Quest giver Cid is bugged similarly to the way Edmelle was unresponsive from earlier this week before you guys fixed it.

I logged in early this morning to test the issue again and it looks like Cid has been fixed, I was able to pick up the quest no problem. Thank you very much for your assistance and quick response .
