I think the prices are extremely acceptable. Being from tonberry myself, a small house worth about 9 mil, can be easily afforded to you over time. (what did you expect? your group of 40 being in a massive 125 mil big housing?)

I think most of this comes down to entitlement of players again. Players who want things that are just obtainable to them but somehow not obtainable for others, if it isn't, then the price is absurd.

I don't know how old you are most of the players here, but think about buying a real house. How much time did you spend on your last (or ongoing current) mortgage?

You seem to have got your Virtual life mixed up with your real life, this is a game, it's meant to be fun and goals are attainable, it's real life that beats you down with mortgages, hard work and the seeming unattainable good life, the escape into a video game shouldn't be the same dross we deal with every day.

500 members is nonsense. Just check the house's capacity. Last I heard a medium is 20+ max. 100 on large is a stretch.

Even the most efficient FC would have trouble paying 600mil+ just willy nilly. Many people find it hard to get into the millions, let alone the tens of millions and beyond. SE must've been high that day. All of them.

600mil+ is for servers most people (and you) aren't on anyways. Also, the biggest issue is that everyone wants a mansion and not a small house. The small houses are quite affordable.
