    Adding to the skill changes section, the FR version of the notes has Rain of Death TP cost being reduced to 180, which detail is absent in the NA version.

    From what I recall, the translators got this after the last minute, so they kind of didn't have reasonable time to proof-read their rush-job. Kind of can't blame them for that.

    I'd rather wait a little longer to have someone actually proofread the notes beforehand than get them when we did with all these errors, waiting to see if there are any changes that were left out due to the incorrect information that has been given in a number of places.
