It's the same as grand company chocobos vs legacy chocobos. Legacy people still get their special version unavailable to non-legacy... Honestly the amount of entitlement (some) legacy players continue to show is astounding........

if anything legacy members are to blame that they didn't reboot the game sooner. people who have made characters post 1.0 shut down should get exclusive mounts that separate themselves from the legacy characters.

It's ok just never let Legacy players transfer servers so they can feel special they won't have to see non legacy players with it.

Meh, I only ride around on my Legacy chocobo anyway. I don't really care about the other mounts. Somehow I knew this topic would crop up though.

I think you missed the part where I said I do not care about people having the mount. ^^; I do not need to feel like a special snowflake..that is just rude and silly. Heck, I barely even use my goobue mount. My heart belongs to the Unicorn! >.>

And I will..pray tell, again what they lied about. Someone already posted it a few pages back. They said A GOOBUE MOUNT WILL NEVER BE OBTAINABLE AGAIN...EVER.

Methinks a goobue mount is obtainable in patch 2.1!

They obviously tried to get people to sub to get that 1.0 mount..it was just a promotional thing. The whole thing is just silly. BUT AGIAN since people love to judge me and assume they know every aspect about me on the internet and obsess over EVERY WORD I SAY, I'll say this one more time: I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH OTHERS GETTING THE MOUNT! Even if they gave them the EXACT 1.0 I WOULDNT CARE...I would have subbed in 1.0 regardless. Even if they started giving others the 9.99 monthly price...I really could care less.

I am not the "OMG LEGACY > EVERYONE" type of person...I am just here to play the damn game, support SE and hope that the devs are as open, honest and transparent as possible. I guess that makes me a terrible person. Ok...I get it. I also hate these forums lol.

Read what you linked again, a little slower this time. If you can find where it says the exact phrase "A Gobbue", I will concede to not knowing how to read. With the amount of effort you are putting into this it is quite obvious you could care less . Not one person has said you are a terrible person or anything of the sort, you are once again seeing what you want to see.
