This too, It sounded like you were saying SP was an AOE.

Also talking about Storm's Path, correct me if I'm wrong but it wasn't mentioned if it's a Buff onto the player or a debuff onto the mob.

I assumed as much since the wording is much like Rain of Death's, however i think OP is under the impression it's a player buff.

I'm pretty sure SP is our equivalent to the Str debuff on Pally's RoH

Yeah, it seems the consensus is that its a debuff similar to RoH. That would make the most sense. Otherwise this combined with the RoD nerf is a direct increase to PLD incoming dmg.

pretty brief overview considering the volume of changes coming for warriors. Might have missed it but i don't think Holmgang or Vengeance's new effects are mentioned; those are pretty significant.
