One week later, only two houses have been bought on Sargatanas, among the second-most expensive servers to be on. One small ~20M and one medium ~90M.

Apparently, having FC"s who have played this game from 1.0 to present haven't earned a place to call their own. Meanwhile, those of us who started back up, have a year or two of gil grinding to catch up.

Houses need to be 60mil tops and same for each server.

Also IMO It kind of blows that it's a group thing...

I kind of wish I could just have my own house I would rather save up 60mil of my own gil to get my own house than cough up my hard earned gil to go towards a house for an FC I don't even know if I'll always be a member of.

I will also add that this has taken a huge chunk out of my hopes for the game and I feel that this game has too many issues with loyalty.
I'm a 1.0 player in a legacy server with the prices as high as 600mil in my server, without a doubt I feel cheated.

I continuously feel like you are constantly favoring the new players over us old players and basically punishing us old players for being loyal to your game for years, it makes no sense.

It's totally unfair to price our servers higher based on more money flow, there is more money in our servers because we earned it previously.
Some players like me spent two years playing the old game only for you guys to take away our hard earned gil, and now we continue to be penalized because we have more gil than new servers.

HELLO! WE HAVE IT BECAUSE WE STILL EARNED IT! We earned the right to access content faster because we already put in the hard yards previously.
We are being singled out and treated unfairly because there are new players who aren't as advanced as us, it's completely unreasonable.
They haven't put in the time, they didn't even stick around to see the old game threw, it's not our fault they didn't like your game.

Well guess what, I loved your game so why am I being punished for playing and paying for it?
If I want to move to a non legacy server you'll just take all my hard earned gil away so that option is out too, basically by doing this your forcing players to stay in there current servers if they are legacy.
So make it fair and set all the housing prices to the same price on all servers.

Who is going to contribute to 600million gil on housing for a house that doesn't even technically belong to you because it's for your FC.. really???
I mean if you want to get technical about it all the members of an FC would have to cough up every single dime they have to save up for this feature and the only person who would own the house is the FC leader.. I see so many problems with this.

What about furniture and the house itself? These prices are messed up, I know I won't put a single gil towards a house at these prices.. I'll never even see this content ..Pffft, so disappointing and lame.

Yes, "False sense of entitlement" has been shortened to its opposite. Many other phrases have been twisted to their opposites, too. "I could care less", "head over heels" and "have your cake and eat it, too", to maim a few.

That's the first of bi-weekly stepped devaluation of legacy housing to world 3 pricing, though prices will probably not change much from the current slow reductions to 50% of highest legacy prices. (SE says their goal is to strongly discourage buying during the first few months, after all.)

Why not implement something that players can enjoy and stick this housing crap in at a later date.. this way peeps can save up for that content. its all a** backwords in my opinion. waist of time...
