I did mention Scholars I said they were the only class having fun right now, and dps wise they lose thunder too. SMN losing thunder is still a dps loss since we use still use ruin while waiting, bliz 2 is mp heavy and does little damage in return so how does that help? I was only talking only about DPS mainly not healing really and I did mention medica II could be viewed as a buff depending on what people thought.

So really it's not a buff, healing classes got buffed in terms of healing, tanking classes got buffed, melee classes got buffed, casters DPS classes got nerfed. I can't see it as a buff personally, it's simply a nerf.
