Cure III is still super situational despite all the changes. Most mechanics in boss fights require the group to spread out to start with. There are VERY few situations where the group is huddled together to actually make a Cure III useful for it's MP Cost and healing. Not to mention they removed the 100% crit and changed it to use less MP instead.. So yeah, nerf to healing.
Yeah all in all, between all the threads of Cure3 uselesness, the only use people would find was cause of guaranteed crit...and now it's gone. And range still sucks. I fail a lot in seeing it as a buff.
And I also agree on Medica2, the important part was the immediate health gain, if I want a slow continued HoT there's regen....eh.
