Signing this. This was the ~ONRY~ thing I was looking forward to in this patch. I seriously considered letting my sub run out... My tiny FC was thinking about a house, but smallest on my server is 20 million. Even 50% of that is too much for us.

And please stop talking about housing. they aren't giving us FC housing, just land.
If you want to put a building on said chunk of land that's where the pain is really going to start!
I saw a section of wall being offered for 1 million gil and a stupid chair for 300k. That's absurd...

I have only been playing about 2-3 weeks and have had about 48-50 spamming Gold sellers reported all of them had about 4 deleted the rest are still there even the first one I had on day one

I agree that these prices are nothing short of a gil sink. I feel the best way to catch their attention is not by petition, but by not participating in the housing. If everyone refuses to buy a house, they will be forced to act.

It's funny, that their pricing is already doing exactly, this, preventing a large amount of the community from participating.

Seriously What the hell i play on Balmung Server most of us aren't even rich here...pricing for Housing is 100+ Mill... for small house really... come on guys
Its kinda BS to actually screw our server with Legacy pricing. most of us that played 1.0 quit half way or if played all the way never got rich...most of gil went to repairs before they fix pricing on repairs so the gil that everyone had is pretty much drained so its pretty dumb to even compare our server differently from others.
and everyone here is just as poor as everyone that started on 2.0 so what the hell S.E thats really stupid for the prices to be so high on our servers . sorry for the rage but its so irritating seeing this happen to us can't even use crafting jobs for housing since so damn expensive.
