Petition: Drop Housing Plot Prices

Grinding Dungeons/Raiding for gear I understand. Housing was supposed to be a fun way of doing other things with my FC without a grind.

I agree that these prices are nothing short of a gil sink. I feel the best way to catch their attention is not by petition, but by not participating in the housing. If everyone refuses to buy a house, they will be forced to act.

It's funny, that their pricing is already doing exactly, this, preventing a large amount of the community from participating.

Seriously What the hell i play on Balmung Server most of us aren't even rich here...pricing for Housing is 100+ Mill... for small house really... come on guys
Its kinda BS to actually screw our server with Legacy pricing. most of us that played 1.0 quit half way or if played all the way never got rich...most of gil went to repairs before they fix pricing on repairs so the gil that everyone had is pretty much drained so its pretty dumb to even compare our server differently from others.
and everyone here is just as poor as everyone that started on 2.0 so what the hell S.E thats really stupid for the prices to be so high on our servers . sorry for the rage but its so irritating seeing this happen to us can't even use crafting jobs for housing since so damn expensive.

I am a legacy player who lost 90% of his gil during the great gil reduction of 2013. Then about 25 of our FC moved servers due to lag making certain elements of the game unplayable, losing even more money since the amount you could take with you was capped.

Now, we are on a legacy server with 625m gil requirement to buy the best house, but to be honest, 40m for the smallest house is way out of our price range. We are a small FC and will never own a house at these prices so after playing from Beta of version 1, I am being denied access to one of the elements of the game i have looked forward to the most. Thanks but no thanks SE. Why not just front up and admit you dont have the infrastructure to be able to deliver housing yet. Then we will have a better understanding of why you have priced it so high only a few will be able to own property.

I'm in total shock over these prices and it actually feels like a painful slap in the face from SE. I've been a loyal player since the release of 1.0 and hung in there through all the horrible aspects of the game (1.0) because I put my trust AND patience into the words of Yoshi P. I remember many times over the past years how it was stated that he wanted this to be a game that both hardcore players AS WELL AS more casual players, could feel a sense of accomplishment and experience the game content. But as it stands now, the excitement and anticipation over the implementation of housing has all been a big waste of energy and now a devastating disappointment. We've all been looking forward to the housing for a long time and now we are looking at waiting another long time. I thought housing was content for 2.1...not 2-point-something-way-down-the-line. And to be honest, I think this is pretty much a breaking point for me. I just don't know if I can continue to put my faith into this game. Our FC is small, only 8-10 solid players and most are not veterans. So no FC house for us. I'm disappointed in you Yoshi.

The prices are terrible. I was really looking forward to the housing, and was so disappointed. I don't appreciate the lock out. No reasons they give will be enough to justify those prices to my friends and I.

When I finish work and have time to play, I have leveled most crafting class, farming most materials, spend hours digging shards, binding my own materias because I don't want to contribute to RMT business. I ran my unicorn and chocobo from areas to areas to save a few gil for teleports. I saved up about 2mil on legacy server since launch day. So I do not see how SE set the price and think our small FC will keep working on a housing even after price drops in another 3 months.

If SE promoting housing and make it not accessible for most players, this can only mean they are not ready.
Now I will just disregard this content completely till it is fixed.
